Channel-DMR Digital Channel -VOX

VOX

    Allows to initiate a hands-free voice activated call when the user switches to the programmed channel. The radio automatically transmits whenever the microphone detects voice activity. The user can still start voice call through PTT key even if this feature is not checked.

Options:

    Uncheck: The user can still start voice call through PTT key.

    Check: When the user switches to the current channel, the radio starts detecting voice activity.

Default:

    Uncheck

Note:

    -After activating VOX feature, the value specified at Basic Settings - Settings - VOX level is the threshold to detect voice activity.
